Inkspired colour challenge No. 106

Welcome again to another fun challenge for the Inkspired Blog hop No. 106.
You may have reached me by way of Narelle Macey.

A colour challenge this round. Here is the combo we are using.

My chosen stamp sets were Parcels and Petals for the images and inside sentiment and Itty Bitty Birthdays for the front sentiment strip.

First, using white, I heat embossed the lovely decorative stamp onto the Basic Grey card stock, textured it with the Subtles embossing folder and adhered it to a Flirty Flamingo mat.

The colour was applied to the flower stamp with sponge daubers. I like the blend of Flirty Flamingo and Crushed Curry.
I masked the flowers before stamping the leaves in pool party. For texture I used the Subtles embossing folder then cut the Stitched Nested Label. The pool party mat was hand cut by drawing the outline of the same die to get a nice even border. Centres for the flowers are clear epoxy droplets.
The panel is lifted with dimensionals.
To finish the front, the Crushed Curry sentiment was black heat embossed and a white mat added

The inside is simple with the same flower image and a pool party mat.

Thanks for stopping by. Next on our hop is Maree McIntosh Hop on over to see what she has created.
