Welcome, you may have come to me by way of Narelle Macey.
This round we are creating using the Timeless Tulips stamp set.
As well as the stamp set, I used the coordinating Tulip Builder punch.
Ink colours used to stamp the background panel were Grapefruit Grove, Daffodil Delight, Poppy Parade, Lovely Lipstick and Garden Green.
The smaller two images were used on the background. I have embossed the panel with the Subtles folder and attached it to a Grapefruit Grove mat.
Over the stamped background, I layered a vellum rectangle die cut with the largest scalloped rectangle, from the Stitched So Sweetly Die set. These dies go with the So Sentimental stamp set which was used for the front sentiment. Both the Daffodil Delight and white labels are from the same die set.
Using the largest image and Grapefruit Grove, I stamped and punched the tulip and single petal. The leaves and stem were fussy cut. The assembled tulip was placed behind the sentiment. I will admit, it is a little lost on the busy background.
The inside sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set. Strips of Grapefruit Grove and Daffodil Delight complete the inside.
Thanks for stopping by. Hop on over to Allison McLeod to see how she has used the stamp set.
Love all the tulips that you put in the background - so creative and the use of vellum.xxx
ReplyDeleteLove the way you have used the Tulips to create a back ground. The colour combo is really pretty too! xx
