Challenge 143

 Challenge 143

Inkspired Showcase Tags and Boxes.

Thanks Teneale for the great Challenge. I really loved this one even though I have zero design talent. All of my offerings are cased from talented Stampinup demonstrators that I found on Youtube. I will name the artists on each photo.

The first three offerings use some of the colours from the previous challenge. As previously stated, I am blaming lockdown brain for that.

The DSP on the Coastal Cabana box was created by stamping with the Artistically Inked stamp set. Both the ribbon trims were white crinkled seam binding coloured with Calypso Coral and Granny Apple Green blends. The boxes are in two sizes.

For the Calypso Coral box, I coloured DSP from the Beautifully Penned range.

This is a case of a case by Sally. Her blog is sallystampers.com

This gift tag box with acetate windows was designed by Jo Blackman. She used a dolly peg on which she wound ribbon that the recipient could attach to their tags. It was such a cute ides and I wanted to include it in the box however lockdown meant I had to "whittle" my own peg from a piece of dowel. A bit rough but serves the purpose. The inside of the box was lined and had the little spot to hold the peg. The stamp set and dies used were Merriest Moments. I am in love with the whole suite of products so included a box for cards that uses the Merriest Frames Hybrid embossing folder. This box has a single window that was embossed with a folder.

A change of colours and some fun with the mini jam jars from the You're a Peach suite I have been making different fragrances of bath salts recently and was lucky to have found a peach scented essential oil for this project. I used thick Basic White cardstock stamped using the Sweet as a Peach stamp set with Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz inks. The peach tag was cut with a Peach die.

This box was designed by a Dutch demonstrator named Karin de Laat. Karins Papercraft.

I hope you had as much fun as me with this challenge. Next to look in on is Teresa Irwin

Until next time stay safe.
